Please note that all orders placed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) will be processed and shipped within two-five business days once credit card authorization and verification have both been obtained. Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays will begin processing the following business day. Customers will receive a confirmation email and tracking information once order has shipped. All orders submitted before 12PM EST with Overnight or Two-Day shipping methods selected will be shipped on the same business day. Orders placed after 12PM EST or Saturday and Sunday will ship the next business day.

Complimentary ground shipping is offered on all orders. Please note that complimentary ground shipping is offered within the continental United States only. This offer excludes shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and other U.S. territories.
Unfortunately at this time, we can only ship to one address per order.

To keep you abreast of your delivery time, a shipment confirmation email will be sent to you when your order is ready to be shipped.
Trevise Douglas, LLC want you to be completely happy with you orders. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your orders, you may return your unworn item (accompanied by your sales receipt) within 14 days of the date on which the item was delivered to you. You may choose to do any of the following: (i) exchange the item for another item on our site (ii) receive a refund in the amount you paid for the item, or (iii) receive a merchandise credit in the amount you paid for the item. This credit can be used to purchase another item through the site.
If you return an item to us after the 14-day return period, but between 15 and 30 days of the date on which the item was delivered to you, you may still return the item and select either to exchange the item for another item available for purchase on our site, or you may elect to receive a merchandise credit in the amount you paid for the item. This credit can be applied to your purchase of another item through the site. Note that all items returned to us must be unaltered, unworn and in sellable condition. Additionally, all items returned must be in its original package and packages must be in good condition, with all associated tags.
All permanently discounted or marked down merchandise are considered final sales and can only be exchanged, or client may opt for a store credit.Please note that you MUST have your receipt present at the time of exchange. Purchases made using PayPal as a payment method are not eligible for exchange and can only be processed as a return.
To help expedite the return process, we kindly ask that you complete the return slip enclosed with your order. This slip includes the reason(s) for the return and whether you wish to exchange the item or to receive a refund or merchandise credit in the amount you paid for the item. Products purchased during a promotional "gift with purchase" event can be exchanged for the full value of the invoiced price. Please note that your unopened and unaltered gift must be returned or you will be charged for the full price of the gifted product. Gifted product cannot be returned on their own. They can only be returned with the purchased item. Gifted products are not eligible to be exchanged.
ORDERS AND CANCELLATIONS
Please note that you have entered into an agreement between Trevise Douglas, LLC (the seller) and You (The buyer) when we accept your order. Descriptions of items, price and applicable tax are agreed on between Purchaser and Seller when order is placed. Note that seller's charge for transport, packaging, freight and/or insurance when applicable will be included in the final invoice upon shipment and is to be borne by Purchaser.
When you place an order, you have entered into a binding agreement. Once placed, all orders are considered final and may not be changed or cancelled. Trevise Douglas LLC. reserves the right to cancel any order due to unauthorized, altered, or ineligible use of offer or payment, as well as, to modify or cancel any and all promotions due to system error or unforeseen problems.

Measure the finger of the hand on which you intend to wear the ring. Wrap a strip of paper around the finger, ensuring that you leave enough room to slide the ring over your knuckle.
Mark the spot where the paper strip meets and use a ruler to measure the length in millimeters (mm). This is the circumference of your finger, which corresponds to EU ring sizing.
